What is it?
The competition encourages students to investigate a local or national environmental issue and report their findings through a written article, video clip or captioned photo. There is an overall competition prize fund of €1,500 available for the winners.
Who can enter?
The competition is open to groups of students or individuals from all secondary schools involved with Green Schools and all third level institutions involved in Green Campus.
What's on offer?
The top 100 shortlisted students will be invited to take part in an online awards ceremony in June 2023 - where the overall winners will also be announced and receive their prizes! Overall winners will be entered into the international YRE competition over the summer where they will represent Ireland.
